The new Range Rover Velar is a pure embodiment of refinement, embracing the newest technologies and sporting a striking, appealing, and innovative look, according to Rajan Amba, Managing Director of JLR India. The Range Rover Velar is a hallmark of exquisite elegance and is distinguished by flawlessly balanced proportions, which increases its allure and desirability for our discerning customers.

The SUV now has a new front grille that improves its road presence. It has brand-new LED headlights with pixels and distinctive LED DRLs. Along with the bumper, the rear tail lamps have also undergone a small modification. There are two new exterior colors to choose from: Premium Metallic Zedar Grey and Metallic Versus Blue.
The most recent Pivi Pro infotainment screen of the current generation, with a 11.4-inch curved touchscreen, is currently installed in the cabin. With the most recent Range Rover and Range Rover Sport SUVs, it is now comparable. Caraway and Deep Garnet are the two new colours that the firm is offering for the cabin. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility is provided through the display. To maintain a calm interior, the SUV also has Active Road Noise Cancellation technology.
Two engine options are available for the Range Rover Velar: a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with 250 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque, and a 2.0-liter diesel engine with 204 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. The diesel version can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds, compared to 7.5 seconds for the gasoline version. Additionally, the Velar has an adjustable air suspension that improves off-road performance while distributing power to all four wheels. The infotainment display provides access to the Terrain Response 2 system, which is in charge of controlling it.
Priced at INR 90 lakhs (ex-showroom) for both the diesel and petrol versions in the S R-Dynamic trim, the previous Range Rover Velar was available. However, there might be a minor price rise given that the new Velar will be available in the dynamic HSE trim, which is positioned above the S R-Dynamic worldwide. The BMW X5, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90, and Mercedes-Benz GLE are the rivals of the Velar.
